Rubria Return & Exchange Policy
At Rubria, we want every order to reach you in the condition you expect.
Returns Within 14 Days
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product:
- Is unused and in its original condition.
- Has not been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or scratched.
- Is returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.
- Can be returned to the same condition in which it was received.
For hygiene and product-protection purposes, products whose packaging has been opened or whose condition makes them unsuitable for resale may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Egyptian consumer law recognizes exceptions where the nature, condition, packaging, or wrapping of the product makes return impossible or prevents restoration to its original condition.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly manufactured
- Different from the product or specifications ordered
please contact the Rubria team as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Eligible defective or non-conforming items may be replaced or returned for a refund at no additional cost to the customer. Egyptian Consumer Protection Law generally provides up to 30 days from receipt for defective or non-conforming products.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused where:
- The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The product cannot be returned to its original condition.
- The item was specially made or customized according to the customer's specifications and was produced correctly.
- The return falls within another exception permitted under applicable consumer-protection law.
How to Request a Return
Contact the Rubria customer service team within the applicable return period and provide your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from our team.
